Following the Regulatory Reform Order, Fire Alarms are now an integral part of Health and Safety. All organisations should designate at least one person who is responsible for the Fire Alarm management. This will almost certainly involve entering into a contract with a Maintenance Provider. We provide system Design, Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance and Repairs of both new and existing Fire Alarms. This often extends to cover a variety of ancillary equipment such as Automatic Venting System (AOV) the shut down of gas supplies and the operation of fire suppression systems (FM200).

Our pro active approach to routine maintenance ensures you are always kept informed of any changes that have been made within the building that may affect the efficiency of the fire alarm and its compliance to the original standard. Each maintained fire alarm is issued with a log book and updated at each visit. Training is provided to any new responsible person under a maintenance contract.

We offer hardwired and wire free solutions dependant on the environment. This would be discussed at point of survey.

We are members of the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) achieving gold status and are certificated by the BAFE SP203 scheme for the Design, Installation, Commissioning/Handover, Maintenance and Verification of Fire Detection & Alarm Systems.
